Julion Alvarez plans 'Mis Idolos…Hoy Mis Amigos!!!' tour

Mexican singer-songwriter Julión Álvarez and his Norteña Band have announced a 22-city tour across America supporting his new album 'Mis Ídolos, Hoy Mis Amigos!!!'. The tour kicks off July 15th in San Jose and extends into November visiting major markets like Houston, Atlanta, New York, Denver and Las Vegas. The shows will feature performances similar to his April concert in Mazatlán, Sinaloa when he brought together thousands of people in a free event.

Julión Álvarez released his ninth studio album 'Mis Ídolos, Hoy Mis Amigos!!!' on April 8th, 2016 via Fonovisa Records. The album reached #1 on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart and #182 overall. His previous album 'El Aferrado' was nominated for Best Banda Album at the 16th Annual Latin Grammy Awards. The "Norteño" singer spent the spring 2014 touring across America and joined Gerardo Ortiz for a few additional shows.
