Slipknot extend 'Knotfest Roadshow'

Metal giants Slipknot have announced they'll be expanding the latest version of their Knotfest Roadshow tour further into 2022. The new 9-date outing takes place in September/October making stops in Nashville, Springfield, Alpharetta, Austin, Dallas, Albuquerque, Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Irvine. Joining the tour in support will be special guests Ice Nine Kills and Crown The Empire. Earlier this year, the same tour was joined by In This Moment, Wage War, Cypress Hill and Ho99o9.

Slipknot will continue supporting their sixth studio album 'We Are Not Your Kind' released on August 9th, 2019 via Roadrunner Records. The new album reached #1 on the Billboard 200 and follows up 2014's '5: The Gray Chapter' which was certified Gold by the RIAA. The following year, the band teamed up with Korn for their Prepare For Hell Tour before embarking on their own Summer’s Last Stand Tour with special guests Lamb of God, Bullet For My Valentine and Motionless In White.
