The Wombats announce North American tour

Indie rockers The Wombats have announced a major North American tour later in 2023 behind their new album 'Fix Yourself, Not the World'. The 10-date outing takes place in September/October making U.S. stops in San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Denver, Minneapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, Brooklyn and Boston. Canadian shows are planned for Montreal and Toronto. The band recently spent portions of 2022 touring across North America with special guests Boyish and Clubhouse.

The Wombats released their fifth studio album 'Fix Yourself, Not the World' on January 14th, 2022 via AWAL. The new album follows up 2018's 'Beautiful People Will Ruin Your Life' and 2015's 'Glitterbug' which reached a career-best #91 on the Billboard 200. Also in 2018, the band joined Weezer and Pixies during portions of their co-headlining tour before launching their own North American tour with support from Barns Courtney. Back in 2008, the Liverpool-based group won Best UK and Ireland New Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards.
