Brittany Howard announces 'What Now Tour'

Alabama Shakes frontwoman Brittany Howard has announced a brief U.S. tour later in 2023 promoting her debut album 'Jaime'. Her What Now Tour takes place in November making stops in Birmingham, Nashville, Knoxville, Memphis, Atlanta, Houston and Dallas. Joining the tour in support will be special guest L'Rain. The singer recently wrapped up several festival appearances earlier this year at Bourbon and Beyond, Bumbersoot, Evolution, Wonderbus and Love Rising.

UPDATE: Tour dates have been extended into early 2024 visiting markets like Chicago, Toronto, Boston, New York, Washington DC, Asheville, San Francisco, Tulsa, Kansas City and St. Louis.

Howard released her debut solo album 'Jaime' on September 20th, 2019 via ATO Records. The album reached #13 on the Billboard 200 and is named after her sister who died of cancer when they were both teenagers. As a member of Alabama Shakes, the band's latest 2015 album 'Sound & Color' reached a career-best #1 on the Billboard 200 and was certified Gold by the RIAA. The following year, Howard made a guest appearance on John Legend's track 'Darkness and Light' off his fifth album of the same name.
