Citizen Cope announces North American tour

Clarence Greenwood has announced a new list of Citizen Cope tour dates across North America in 2023 to support his latest album 'The Pull of Niagara Falls'. The 24-date outing kicks off April 30th in Nashville and extends through May making notable U.S. stops in Atlanta, Charlotte, Washington DC, New York and Cincinnati. Canadian shows are planned for Montreal and Toronto. The songwriter recently spent portions of 2022 hitting the road with his wife Alice Smith celebrating the 20th anniversary of his debut self-titled album.

Greenwood's seventh Citizen Cope album 'The Pull of Niagara Falls' was self-released on April 23rd, 2021. The new album follows up 2019's ‘Heroin and Helicopters’ and 2012's 'One Lovely Day' which reached a career-best #39 on the Billboard 200. Also in 2019, he launched his Heroin and Helicopters Tour with support from David Ramirez and G. Love & Special Sauce. Since beginning his career in 1991, the songwriter/producer has been recorded by artists like Carlos Santana, Dido, Pharoahe Monch and Richie Havens.
