Nick Murphy announces 'Run Fast Sleep Naked' tour
Aussie singer-songwriter Nick Murphy has announced a huge 2019 world tour behind his next album 'Run Fast Sleep Naked'. The North American portion of the tour kicks off May 29th in Chicago and stretches into July visiting additional U.S. markets like Seattle, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Washington DC and Brooklyn. Canadian shows are planned for Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto. Also during the year, the tour will be visiting Australia and Europe for additional performances.
Murphy will be releasing his sophomore album 'Run Fast Sleep Naked' on April 26th, 2019 via Future Classic and Opulent. The new album follows up 2014's 'Built on Glass' (as Chet Faker) which reached #2 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart and was certified Platinum by the ARIA. In 2017, the singer toured extensively across North America before heading over to Europe. The same year, Murphy made a guest appearance on Bonobo's single 'No Reason' off his sixth album 'Migration'.
