Ruben Blades announces 'Salswing!' tour

Legendary salsa singer Rubén Blades has announced he'll be touring across America later in 2021 supporting his brand new album 'Salswing!' The 8-city jaunt kicks off November 20th in Oakland and runs into December making additional stops in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, Boston, New York, Fairfax and Chicago. During the tour, the musician will be accompanied by The Roberto Delgado Big Band which is composed of 20 fellow Panamanian musicians.

UPDATE: Tour dates have been extended into 2023 making additional stops in Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale, New York, Sugar Land and Orlando.

Blades released his latest studio album 'Salswing!' (with Roberto Delgado & Orquesta) on April 16th, 2021 via his own Ruben Blades Productions label. Also during the year, he'll be receiving the 2021 Person of the Year award from the Latin Recording Academy in Las Vegas. Since beginning his career in 1974, the iconic artist has won 9 Grammy Awards and 8 Latin Grammy Awards among many other accolades. Some of his hit songs include 'Pablo Pueblo', 'Pedro Navaja' and 'El Cantante' just to name a few.
