Pavement announce U.S. tour dates

'90s rockers Pavement will be hitting the road again in 2026 promoting their new best-of compilation 'Hecklers Choice: Big Gums and Heavy Lifters. The brief tour takes place in July making limited stops in Oakland, Portland, St. Paul, Chicago, Cleveland, Richmond and Nashville. Back in 2022, the band launched a massive reunion tour along with special guests Circuit des Yeux, Horsegirl, Steve Gunn, The Goon Sax, 75 Dollar Bill, Film School, Guerilla Toss, Kelley Stoltz, Piranha Rama, Annalibera and Weak Signal.

Pavement released their latest compilation album 'Hecklers Choice: Big Gums and Heavy Lifters' on September 18th, 2025 via Matador. After forming in 1989, the band became one of the most influential forces coming from the American underground throughout the 1990s. Their top selling 1994 album 'Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain' was certified Silver in the UK and features the singles 'Cut Your Hair', 'Gold Soundz' and 'Range Life'. The group's latest lineup consists of Stephen Malkmus, Bob Nastanovich, Scott Kannberg, Steve West and Mark Ibold.
