The Sisters of Mercy announce U.S. tour dates

Coming up in 2023, The Sisters of Mercy will be touring extensively across America for the first time in 15 years. The 18-city journey takes place in May/June invading major markets like Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Houston, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Detroit and Chicago. Also during the year, the band will be making an appearance at Sick New World Festival along with System of a Down, Korn, Deftones, Incubus and Evanescence among others.

Sisters Of Mercy released their last studio album 'Vision Thing' back in 1990 via Merciful Release and East West Records. The album was certified Silver in the UK and includes the track 'More' which reached a career-best #1 on Billboard's Alternative chart. Three years later, the band dropped their greatest hits compilation album 'A Slight Case of Overbombing' which includes a guest appearance by Terri Nunn on the single 'Under the Gun'. Since forming in 1980, the English group has gone through numerous lineup changes and currently consists of original member Andrew Eldritch along with Ben Christo and Dylan Smith.
