Tiwa Savage announces North American tour
Afrobeats songstress Tiwa Savage has announced a return to the road in 2023 to support her recent EP 'Water & Garri'. The brief outing takes place in August/September making stops in Oxon Hill, New York, Toronto, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Prior to the tour, the artist will be making an appearance at BLASTFEST along with Asake, Ayra Starr, Focalistic, Mannywellz and DJ Blast among others.
Savage released her new EP 'Water & Garri' on August 20th, 2021 via Universal Music Group, Motown Records and Capitol Records. Her latest 2020 studio album 'Celia' reached #15 on Billboard's World chart and features guest appearances by Sam Smith, Naira Marley, Stefflon Don and Davido. Two years prior, the singer-songwriter won Best African Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards. Back in 2022, she launched her Water & Garri Tour which visited 17 cities across the U.S. and Canada.
