Deicide announce 'Banished by Sin' tour
Death metal troops Deicide have announced an epic 2024 tour across North America behind their brand new album 'Banished by Sin'. The 33-city excursion kicks off September 5th in Atlanta and runs into October invading other U.S. markets like Brooklyn, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver and Dallas. Canadian shows are planned for Quebec City, Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, Regina, Edmonton and Vancouver. Joining the tour in support will be special guests Krisiun, INFERI and CLOAK.
Deicide released their 13th studio album 'Banished by Sin' on April 26th, 2024 via Reigning Phoenix Music. Their previous 2018 album 'Overtures of Blasphemy' reached #3 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart and was their only record to feature guitarist Mark English of Monstrosity. Back in 2022, the band launched their 'Legion' 30th anniversary tour along with support from Kataklysm and Inhuman Condition. The Tampa-based group formed in 1987 and currently consists of members Steve Asheim, Glen Benton, Kevin Quirion and Taylor Nordberg.
