Franz Ferdinand announce 'The Human Fear' tour

Post-punk pioneers Franz Ferdinand have announced a spring 2025 tour across North America behind their next album 'The Human Fear'. The 12-date outing takes place in March/April making U.S. stops in Seattle, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Brooklyn and Boston. Canadian shows are planned for Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto. Prior to the North American shows, the tour will be heading over to Central/South America and Europe.

UPDATE: Tour dates have been extended further into the year visiting additional cities like New Orleans, Atlanta, Orlando, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Nashville and Louisville.

Franz Ferdinand will be releasing their sixth studio album 'The Human Fear' on January 10th, 2025 via Domino Recording Company. The new album follows up 2018's 'Always Ascending' which reached #1 on Billboard's Independent chart. Back in 2022, the Scottish outfit launched their Hits to the Head Tour which visited North America and Europe. The following year, they joined Pixies during portions of their North American tour along with Bully. Current members include Alex Kapranos, Bob Hardy, Julian Corrie, Dino Bardot and Audrey Tait.
