Paul Simon announces 'Homeward Bound' farewell tour

Later this year, Paul Simon will be hitting the road one last time. The legendary singer-songwriter has announced his Homeward Bound - The Farewell Tour across North America taking place in May/June. The 19-city excursion will be visiting major U.S. markets like Seattle, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas, Chicago and Philadelphia. Canadian shows are planned for Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. The outing follows up last year's 16-date U.S. tour which took place in June.

UPDATE: Tour dates have been extended into September visiting an additional 9 cities across America. New tour cities on the itinerary include New Orleans, Tampa, Atlanta, Washington DC and New York.

Paul will be supporting his thirteenth studio album 'Stranger to Stranger' released on June 3rd, 2016 via Concord Records. The album reached #3 on the Billboard 200 and includes the singles 'Wristband', 'Cool Papa Bell' and 'The Werewolf'. Back in 2014, the singer teamed up with Sting for a massive North American tour. Paul was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001 for his highly recognized music career which has spanned for over fifty years.
