AC/DC extend 'Power Up' tour

For the first time in 9 years, AC/DC will be touring across North America in 2025 promoting their most recent album 'Power Up'. The 13-city campaign kicks off April 10th in Minneapolis and runs through May making additional stops in Dallas, Pasadena, Vancouver, Las Vegas, Detroit, Foxborough, Pittsburgh, Landover, Tampa, Nashville, Chicago and Cleveland. Joining the tour in support will be special guests The Pretty Reckless. The tour originally launched earlier this year and featured 24 performances in Europe.

AC/DC released their 17th studio album 'Power Up' on November 13th, 2020 via Columbia Records. The new album reached #1 on the Billboard 200 and received a nomination for Best Rock Album at the Grammy Awards. Back in 2015, the rock legends launched their Rock or Bust World Tour which stretched into 2016 and visited Europe, North America and their home country of Australia. The veteran group formed in 1973 and currently consists of members Angus Young, Phil Rudd, Cliff Williams, Brian Johnson and Stevie Young.

AC/DC arrived on the Pop / Rock scene with the release of the album 'High Voltage' released on May 14, 1976. The song 'Baby, Please Don't Go' quickly became a hit and made AC/DC one of the fastest growing artists at that moment.
