The Afghan Whigs, The Church announce co-headlining tour

Alternative outfit The Afghan Whigs will be pairing up with The Church in 2024 for an expansive co-headlining tour across America. The 18-city campaign takes place in June/July visiting major markets like Brooklyn, Washington DC, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Joining the tour in support will be special guest Ed Harcourt. Back in 2022, the band launched their Wish You Were Near Tour which was joined by Pink Mountaintops.

The Afghan Whigs will continue supporting their ninth studio album 'How Do You Burn?' released on September 9th, 2022 via BMG Rights Management. The new album follows up 2017's 'In Spades' which reached #108 on the Billboard 200. The same year, the Cincinnati-based band toured extensively across Europe and North America along with support from Har Mar Superstar. Back in 2018, they teamed up with Built to Spill for a huge co-headlining tour which was joined by Rituals of Mine and Ed Harcourt.
