Duran Duran extend 'Future Past' tour

New wave icons Duran Duran have announced a new batch of North American tour dates in 2023 promoting their most recent album 'Future Past'. The new 26-city campaign kicks off May 28th in San Jose and continues into September making additional stops in Seattle, Dallas, Atlanta, Tampa, Las Vegas, Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Detroit and Toronto. Joining the tour in support will be special guests Nile Rodgers & Chic and Bastille. The tour originally launched in late 2022 and celebrated the band's 40th anniversary.

Duran Duran released their 15th studio album 'Future Past' on October 22nd, 2021 via BMG Rights Management. The new album reached #28 on the Billboard 200 and features guest appearances by Tove Lo and Mike Garson among others. Back in 2015, the band launched their Paper Gods on Tour which stretched into 2017 and visited Europe, North America, South America and Asia. Since forming in 1978, the British outfit has sold more than 100 million records worldwide and was recently nominated for induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as part of the class of 2022.
