Hawthorne Heights announce 'Behind The Tears' tour

Emo troops Hawthorne Heights have announced a massive 2024 tour across America celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album 'The Silence in Black and White'. Their Behind The Tears acoustic tour kicks off April 25th in Marietta and extends into May invading other markets like Birmingham, Richmond, Sayreville, Charlottesville, Washington DC, Annapolis, Bloomington and Des Moines. The band recently joined the 2023 version of the Emo Orchestra tour which was accompanied by a full orchestra arrangement.

UPDATE: Later in the year, the band's 20 Years of Tears Tour will be making dozens of additional stops in markets like Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta, Orlando, Austin, Los Angeles and New York. Joining the tour on select dates will be special guests Thursday, Saosin, Anberlin, I See Stars, Cartel and Armor For Sleep.

Hawthorne Heights' classic 2004 album 'The Silence in Black and White' was certified Gold by the RIAA and includes the singles 'Ohio Is for Lovers' and 'Niki FM'. Back in 2022, the band launched their Pitch Black Forever Tour which stretched into 2023 and was joined by special guests Armor For Sleep, Action/Adventure and Spitalfield. The Ohio-based group formed in 2001 and currently consists of members JT Woodruff, Matt Ridenour, Mark McMillon and Chris Popadak.
