LCD Soundsystem announce U.S. tour dates

Critically acclaimed producer James Murphy has announced the return of LCD Soundsystem to select stages across America in early 2025. The brief tour kicks off March 8th in San Diego and continues into May making additional stops in Austin, Dallas, New Orleans and Atlanta. Joining the tour on select dates will be special guests Nation of Language and Gustaf. The new outing follows up 2024's Kinda Tour which only visited Bend, Seattle, Minneapolis and Chicago.

UPDATE: Dates have been extended further into the year with TV On The Radio and Pulp visiting Seattle, Bend, Sandy, Morrison, Milwaukee, Columbus, St. Louis, Detroit, Toronto and Los Angeles.

LCD Soundsystem will continue supporting their fourth studio album 'American Dream' released on September 1st, 2017 via Columbia Records. The new album reached a career-best #1 on the Billboard 200 and received a nomination for Best Alternative Music Album at the Grammy Awards. The veteran band split up in 2011 and eventually reunited in 2015 to release their Christmas-themed single 'Christmas Will Break Your Heart'. Principal member James Murphy formed the group back in 2002 which currently consists of additional members Nancy Whang, Pat Mahoney, Tyler Pope, Al Doyle and Korey Richey.
