Marcus King announces 'Mood Swings' world tour

Blues musician Marcus King has announced a monumental world tour in 2024 promoting his next album 'Mood Swings'. The North American portion of the tour kicks off March 9th in Port Chester and stretches into October visiting major U.S. markets like Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, Washington, DC and Brooklyn. Canadian shows are planned for Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto and London. Later in the year, the tour will be heading over to Europe for additional performances.

UPDATE: Following the tour, King will be embarking on a new acoustic tour along with Drew Smithers making stops in Lubbock, Solana Beach, Tucson, Jackson, Little Rock and Pelham.

King will be releasing his third studio album 'Mood Swings' on April 5th, 2024 via American/Republic Records. The new album follows up 2022's 'Young Blood' and 2020's 'El Dorado' which received a nomination for Best Americana Album at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards. Also in 2022, the artist launched his Young Blood Tour which was joined by special guests Neal Francis, Ashland Craft and Dean Delray. Since beginning his career in 2013, the Greenville-based singer has opened for acts like Chris Stapleton, Greta Van Fleet and Nathaniel Rateliff.
