Minus the Bear announce 'Menos El Oso' anniversary tour

Indie favorites Minus the Bear will be reuniting in 2025 for a sizable U.S. tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of their breakthrough album 'Menos El Oso'. The 28-date trek takes place in October/November making noteworthy stops in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Orlando, Atlanta, Washington DC, New York, Detroit, Chicago and their hometown of Seattle. Prior to the tour, the band will be headlining the Best Friends Forever Fest along with Jawbreaker.

Minus the Bear's 2005 album 'Menos El Oso' reached #20 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart and includes the classic tracks 'The Game Needed Me' and 'Pachuca Sunrise'. Back in 2018, the band launched their 'Planet of Ice' 10th anniversary tour along with special guests The Coathangers and The New Trust. The same year, their farewell tour was joined by Caspian and Tera Melos. The veteran group formed in 2001 and currently consists of members Jake Snider, Dave Knudson, Alex Rose, Cory Murchy and Joshua Sparks.
