Minus the Bear announce farewell tour

Veteran indie rockers Minus the Bear have announced they'll be splitting up after embarking on a massive farewell tour this fall. The 32-city journey kicks off October 9th in Nashville and continues into December visiting most major markets including Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, Philadelphia, New York, Dallas, Los Angeles and Seattle. Joining the tour in support will be special guests Caspian and Tera Melos. The band recently wrapped up their 'Planet of Ice' 10th anniversary tour across America which was joined by The Coathangers and The New Trust.

Minus the Bear released their sixth and final studio album 'VOIDS' on March 3rd, 2017 via Suicide Squeeze Records. The new album follows up 2017's 'Infinity Overhead' which reached a career-best #31 on the Billboard 200. Later in 2018, the band will be releasing a final 4-song EP, titled 'Fair Enough'. The indie rock outfit formed back in 2001 and will end their 17 year run with members Jake Snider, Dave Knudson, Cory Murchy and Alex Rose.
