Modest Mouse announce North American tour
Indie giants Modest Mouse have announced a massive North American tour in 2025 surrounding their appearance at Bonnaroo. The 20-city excursion takes place in June/July hitting U.S. markets like Orlando, Charlotte, New Orleans, Birmingham, Louisville, Cleveland and Kansas City. Canadian shows are planned for Calgary and Edmonton. The band recently wrapped up their 'Good News For People Who Love Bad News' 20th anniversary tour in 2024 which was joined by special guests The Black Heart Procession.
UPDATE: Later in the year, the band will be joining The Flaming Lips for a huge co-headlining tour with Friko and Dehd visiting cities like Atlanta, Cincinnati, Chicago, Houston and Los Angeles.
Modest Mouse will continue supporting their seventh studio album 'The Golden Casket' released on June 25th, 2021 via Epic Records. The new album includes the single 'We Are Between' which reached #1 on Billboard's Alternative Airplay chart. The following year, the band launched an extensive North American tour celebrating the 25th anniversary of their breakthrough album 'The Lonesome Crowded West'. Back in 2023, they joined Weezer during portions of their Indie Rock Road Trip before teaming up with Pixies for a huge co-headlining tour along with support from Cat Power.
