Akon, Ne-Yo announce 'Nights Like This Tour'

Award-winning vocalist Akon will be teaming up with Ne-Yo in 2026 for a massive co-headlining tour across North America. Their Nights Like This Tour kicks off June 17th in Vancouver and continues into August making other Canadian stops in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Montreal, Hamilton and Toronto. U.S. cities on the itinerary include Atlanta, Tampa, Wantagh, Dallas, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Inglewood. Also during the year, the same tour will be heading over to Europe for additional performances.

Akon will continue supporting his most recent EP 'Afro Freak' released on August 25th, 2023 via Konvict Kulture. His previous 2019 studio album features guest appearances by Olamide, Kizz Daniel and Afro B among others. Back in 2007, he won Favorite Soul/R&B Male Artist at the American Music Awards while joining Gwen Stefani during portions of The Sweet Escape Tour. Since beginning his career in 1996, the veteran singer-songwriter has collaborated with dozens of artists including Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Pitbull, Becky G and Farruko.
