Carnifex extend 'Necromanteum' tour
After co-headlining the annual Chaos & Carnage Tour earlier this year along with Cattle Decapitation, Carnifex will continue touring across America supporting their latest album 'Necromanteum'. The new 26-city excursion takes place in October/November invading U.S. cities like Seattle, St. Louis, Albany, Cleveland and Reno. Canadian shows are planned for Calgary, Toronto, Nepean and Montreal. Joining the tour in support will be special guests Cryptopsy, Mental Cruelty, Heavy//Hitter and Organectomy. The tour originally launched in 2023 and was joined by Signs of the Swarm, The Last Ten Seconds of Life and To The Grave.
Carnifex released their ninth studio album 'Necromanteum' on October 6th, 2023 via Nuclear Blast Records. The new album follows up 2021's 'Graveside Confessions' which includes a cover song of Korn's 'Dead Bodies Everywhere' off their 1998 album 'Follow the Leader'. Back in 2022, the band launched their 'Dead in My Arms' 15th anniversary tour with support from SPITE, Oceano, Left to Suffer and Crown Magnetar. The following year, they teamed up with Chelsea Grin for their Suffer In Heaven/Hell Tour.
