Rihanna announces 'Anti' World Tour
R&B singer-songwriter Rihanna has announced a massive 2016 world tour supporting her new album 'Anti'. Kicking off in North America, her 'Anti' World Tour gets started February 26th in San Diego and continues into early May hitting most major U.S. markets like Dallas, Atlanta, Brooklyn, DC, Chicago, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Canadian shows are set for Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. Joining Rihanna for the North American dates will be Travis Scott. The tour later heads to Europe during the summer joined by The Weeknd and Big Sean.
Rihanna will be releasing her eighth album 'Anti' on November 27th, 2015 via Roc Nation and Westbury Road. The album follows up 2012's 'Unapologetic' which reached #1 on the Billboard 200 as well as on most charts worldwide. Last summer, she embarked on The Monster Tour with Eminem with back-to-back shows in Pasadena, East Rutherford and Detroit. Rihanna's 2013 Diamonds World Tour featured a total of 96 shows in five separate legs across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania.
