Skinny Puppy announce 'Final Tour'
Industrial crew Skinny Puppy will be hitting the road for the final time in 2023 while celebrating the band's 40th anniversary. Their Final Tour takes place in April/May invading major U.S. markets like Houston, Atlanta, Charlotte, Philadelphia, New York, Cleveland, Denver and Seattle. Canadian shows are planned for Montreal and Toronto. Joining the tour in support will be special guests Lead Into Gold.
UPDATE: Tour dates have been extended into the fall making additional stops in Dallas, McKees Rocks, Chicago, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, San Francisco, Anaheim and Los Angeles.
Skinny Puppy released their 12th and final studio album 'Weapon' on May 28th, 2013 via Metropolis Records. The album reached #4 on Billboard's Dance/Electronic chart and includes a re-hashed version of the track 'Solvent' from their debut album 'Remission'. The following year, the band launched their Alliance of Sound Tour across America with support from VNV Nation, Haujobb and Youth Code. The Vancouver-based group formed in 1982 and currently consists of members cEvin Key, Nivek Ogre and Mark Walk.
