The Tragically Hip announce 'Man Machine Poem Tour'

Canadian rockers The Tragically Hip have announced a 10-city summer tour across Canada supporting their upcoming album 'Man Machine Poem'. Their Man Machine Poem Tour kicks off July 22nd in Victoria and concludes August 20th in Kingston. The itinerary also includes Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, London, Toronto (2 shows), Hamilton, Ottawa and Kingston. The tour was revealed shortly after an announcement that Gord Downie has been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.

The Tragically Hip will be releasing their thirteenth studio album 'Man Machine Poem' on June 17th, 2016 via Universal Music Canada. The album follows up 2012's 'Now for Plan A' which reached #3 in Canada. Last year, the band embarked on their Fully and Completely Tour supporting the reissuing of their third album 'Fully Completely'. The remastered album was released November 17th, 2014 available in 2-CD Deluxe, Super Deluxe and Vinyl Edition.
