The Word Alive announce 'Deceiver' + 'Dark Matter' tour

Metalcore bigwigs The Word Alive have announced a summer 2026 tour across North America celebrating the 15th anniversary of 'Deceiver' as well as the 10th anniversary of 'Dark Matter'. The 21-date outing kicks off July 11th in Chicago and stretches into August hitting other U.S. markets like Denver, Dallas, Tampa, Atlanta, New York and Detroit. Canadian shows are planned for Montreal and Toronto. Joining the tour in support will be special guests Not Enough Space, Downswing and Code:Words.

The Word Alive's debut 2010 album 'Deceiver' reached #14 on Billboard's Hard Rock chart and includes the single 'The Hounds of Anubis'. Their classic 2016 album 'Dark Matter' reached #4 on the same chart and features 'Trapped', 'Sellout' and 'Made This Way'. Back in 2024, the band joined Asking Alexandria during their All My Friends Tour along with Memphis May Fire and Nerv. The following year, their own The Eyes Above Tour was joined by TX2 and Unwell.
