Moon Taxi announce U.S. tour dates
Indie group Moon Taxi will be launching an expansive U.S. tour later in 2024 to promote their current album 'Set Yourself Free'. The 13-city excursion kicks off October 10th in Savannah and stretches into December visiting markets like Orlando, Lexington, Asheville, Birmingham and Memphis. Joining the tour on select dates will be special guests The Revivalists and Claire Wright. The band recently wrapped up their Set Yourself Free Tour which took place in 2023 and was joined by The Stews.
Moon Taxi released their seventh studio album 'Set Yourself Free' on June 9th, 2023 via their own 12th South Records label. Their previous 2021 album 'Silver Dream' includes the single 'Hometown Heroes' which reached #23 on Billboard's Adult Alternative Airplay chart. The same year, the band launched their Silver Dream Tour across America with support from Sparkle City Disco and Illiterate Light. Since forming in 2006, the Nashville-based group has shared the stage with acts like Gov't Mule, Umphrey's McGee, Matisyahu and The New Mastersounds.
