Alabama Shakes plan additional 2015 tour dates across America

Grammy-nominated rockers Alabama Shakes have announced the next batch of tour dates following their busy spring/early summer run. Starting in late July, the band will make their way to cities like Louisville, San Diego, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and New York City with a Squamish Festival appearance in early August. The roots rockers will be joined by Blake Mills, Drive-By Truckers and Chicano Batman on select dates.

Alabama Shakes will be supporting their new #1 album 'Sound & Color' released on April 21, 2015. The album is a follow-up to their critically acclaimed 2012 debut album 'Boys & Girls' which peaked at #6 on the Billboard 200 and was been Certified Gold in both America and the UK. Back in 2013, the band won an Americana Music Honors & Award for Emerging Artist of the Year and have been nominated for 3 separate Grammy Awards.
