Andre Rieu announces North American tour

Dutch violinist André Rieu has announced he'll be heading over to North America later in 2023 to promote his brand new album 'Silver Bells'. The 10-date tour takes place in September making U.S. stops in Chicago, Detroit, Columbus, Washington DC, Elmont and Boston. Canadian shows are planned for Quebec, Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto. Also during the year, the conductor will be touring extensively across Europe.

Rieu released his latest studio album 'Silver Bells' (with The Johann Strauss Orchestra) on September 23th, 2022 via Universal Music. The new album follows up 2021's 'Happy Together' which reached #28 in his home country of the Netherlands. From 2010 through 2018, eight out of nine of the musician's tours reached Billboard's Top 25 Tours lists. Some of his accolades include the Knight of the Order of the Netherlands Lion, the Honorary Medal of the Province of Limburg and the Knight of the Order of the Arts and the Letters.
