Mitski announces North American tour
Singer-songwriter Mitski has announced a major North American tour in early 2024 supporting her new album 'The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We'. The 18-date outing kicks off January 26th in Miami Beach and stretches into April making notable stops in Orlando, Philadelphia, Toronto, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. Joining the tour on select dates will be special guests Tamino, Sunny War, Julia Jacklin and Sarah Kinsley. The singer recently wrapped up her Amateur Mistake Tour which visited North America, Mexico and Europe.
UPDATE: Tour dates have been extended further into the year with support from Lamp, Arlo Parks, Ethel Cain, Laufey and Wyatt Flores visiting cities like Detroit, Atlanta, Morrison and Berkeley.
Mitski released her seventh studio album 'The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We' on September 15th, 2023 via Dead Oceans. Her previous 2022 album 'Laurel Hell' reached a career-best #5 on the Billboard 200 and features a guest appearance by Dan Wilson on the track 'The Only Heartbreaker'. The same year, the NYC-based artist joined Harry Styles during portions of his Love On Tour before launching her own Lauren Hell Tour which was joined by Indigo De Souza, The Weather Station and Hurray For the Riff Raff.
