Neil Diamond announces '50 Year Anniversary World Tour'

Pop veteran Neil Diamond has announced his 50 Year Anniversary World Tour launching in 2017 beginning with 39 shows across North America. The massive tour kicks off April 7th in Fresno and stretches into August hitting U.S. cities like Nashville, Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Philadelphia, Dallas and Los Angeles. Canadian shows are planned for Toronto and Vancouver. The tour follows up 2015's Melody Road World Tour which visited North America from February through May.

Since releasing his first single 'Solitary Man' in 1966, Neil Diamond has sold more than 75 million albums worldwide. His most recent studio album 'Melody Road' was released on October 21st, 2014 and reached #3 on the Billboard 200. More recently, he released another Christmas album 'Acoustic Christmas' on April 11th, 2016. Diamond was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1984 and was later inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2011.
