Sum 41 announce 'Tour of the Setting Sum'
Punk veterans Sum 41 have announced their final world tour beginning in 2024 to support their last album 'Heaven :x: Hell'. The North American portion of their Tour of the Setting Sum kicks off April 19th in La Vista and runs into 2025 invading major cities like Brooklyn, Atlanta, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Miami, Houston, Inglewood, Las Vegas and Toronto. Joining the tour in support will be special guests The Interrupters. Also during the year, the tour will be heading over to Asia, Latin America and Europe for additional performances.
UPDATE: Tour dates have been extended into 2025 making stops in Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, St. Catharines, Ottawa, Laval, London and Toronto.
Sum 41 will be releasing their eight and final album 'Heaven :x: Hell' on March 29th, 2024 via Rise Records. The new album follows up 2019's 'Order in Decline' which reached #2 on Billboard's Hard Rock chart and was nominated for Rock Album of the Year at the Juno Awards. Also in 2019, the band launched their No Personal Space Tour followed by their Order in Decline Tour which was joined by The Amity Affliction, The Plot in You and Of Mice and Men. Back in 2022, they teamed up with Simple Plan for their Blame Canada Tour along with support from Set It Off and Magnolia Park.
