Allison Russell announces 'In The Hour of Chaos' tour

Canadian singer Allison Russell has announced a short North American tour later in 2026 to promote her next album 'In The Hour of Chaos'. The 11-date outing takes place in October/November making limited U.S. stops in Asheville, South Burlington and Minneapolis. Canadian shows are planned for Toronto, Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. Joining the tour on select dates will be special guests Elisapie and AHI. Prior to the tour, the artist will be joining Sarah McLachlan during portions of her Better Broken Tour.

Russell will be releasing her third studio album 'In The Hour of Chaos' on July 10th, 2026 via Fantasy Records. Her previous 2023 album 'The Returner' reached #56 on the UK's Album Downloads chart and received a nomination for Best Americana Album at the Grammy Awards. The following year, the Montreal-based singer launched her All Returners Tour across North America along with support from Kara Jackson. Back in 2019, she teamed up with Rhiannon Giddens, Amythyst Kiah and Leyla McCalla to form the supergroup Our Native Daughters and released their collaborative album 'Songs of Our Native Daughters'.
