Wilco announce 'Sweet and Sour Spring Tour'
Jeff Tweedy's Wilco will be hitting the road again in 2025 to promote their latest album 'Cousin'. Their Sweet and Sour Spring Tour takes place in April/May visiting U.S. cities like Miami, Birmingham, New Orleans, Houston, Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte and Louisville. Joining the tour in support will be special guest Waxahatchee. The band recently wrapped up their Tour to Infinity which originally launched in 2023 and was joined by My Brightest Diamond and Nina Nastasia.
UPDATE: Later in the year, the band will be embarking on their An August Evening with Wilco tour making additional stops in Philadelphia, Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, Denver and Seattle.
Wilco released their 13th studio album 'Cousin' on September 29th, 2023 via their own dBpm Records label. The new album includes the single 'Evicted' which reached #3 on Billboard's Adult Alternative Airplay chart. Back in 2021, Tweedy and co. teamed up with Sleater-Kinney for their It’s Time Tour along with support from NNAMDÏ after wrapping up their own Ode to Joy Tour which originally began in 2019 and was joined by Spiral Stairs, OHMME, Angel Olsen, Richard Thompson, Kurt Vile and The Violators and William Tyler.
