Within Temptation announce 'Resist' tour

Dutch symphonic metal outfit Within Temptation will be heading to North America in early 2019 to support their next album 'Resist'. The 15-city tour kicks off February 28th in Baltimore and continues into March invading U.S. markets like Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Seattle and Los Angeles. Canadian dates are set for Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. Joining the tour will be special guests In Flames and Smash Into Pieces. The band last visited North America back in 2014 during their Hydra World Tour with support from Amaranthe.

Within Temptation will be releasing their seventh studio album 'Resist' on February 1st, 2019 via Vertigo Records. The new album follows up 2014's 'Hydra' which reached a career-best #16 on the Billboard 200 and features guest appearances by Howard Jones (Killswitch Engage), Xzibit, Tarja and Dave Pirner (Soul Asylum). The band currently consists of members Sharon den Adel, Robert Westerholt, Jeroen van Veen, Ruud Jolie, Martijn Spierenburg, Mike Coolen and Stefan Helleblad.
