Childish Gambino announces 'The New World Tour'

Superstar entertainer Donald Glover will be heading back on tour later in 2024 under his Childish Gambino moniker promoting the re-release of his album '3.15.20'. The North American portion of The New World Tour kicks off August 11th in Oklahoma City and stretches into October making other U.S. stops in Detroit, Brooklyn, Washington DC, Atlanta, Tampa, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Chicago. Canadian shows are planned for Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton. Joining the tour in support will be special guest Willow. Later in the year and into 2025, the tour heads over to Europe and Australia along with support from Amaarae.

Glover released the "finished" version of his 2020 album '3.15.20' on May 13th, 2024 via RCA Records. The album is now titled 'Atavista' and features guest appearances by Ariana Grande, 21 Savage, Summer Walker and Young Nudy. Back in 2018, the actor/rapper brought his This Is America Tour to North America and was joined by Rae Sremmurd. and Vince Staples. The following year, his blockbuster single 'This Is America' received Grammy Awards for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Rap/Sung Performance and Best Music Video.
